We commit to safeguarding your privacy through strict confidentiality, minimal data collection, and transparent data practices. We never sell personal data, never use prayer content for advertising or profiling, and never disclose your private spiritual content to unauthorized third parties.

2.4 Billing Information (Paid Tiers Only)
Payment processing is handled by Stripe, our PCI‑compliant third‑party provider. We do not store credit card numbers or full payment credentials.
2.5 Cookies & Local Storage
We use essential cookies and browser local storage strictly for authentication, maintaining your session, and keeping you securely logged in. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising or behavioral profiling.
3. How We Protect Your Data

To provide our services, RidgeTech Software LLC uses trusted third‑party service providers for secure authentication, database hosting, and payment processing. These providers—including Cloudflare and Stripe—are bound by strict data‑processing agreements and are not permitted to use your personal data for their own marketing or business purposes.
3.5 Data Breach Notification
If a security incident compromises your personal or spiritual data, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities within the legally required timeframes (typically within 72 hours of verification).
4. Shared Lists, Groups, and Ministry Networks
4.1 Authorized Access Only
Only individuals explicitly invited by you—or approved by a ministry administrator—can view or edit shared prayer content.
4.2 User Responsibility
You control who can access your shared lists. Invite only trusted individuals, as shared content becomes visible to all authorized members.
5. Your Rights Under GDPR, CCPA, and CPRA
5.1 Right to Access & Portability
You may export your complete prayer database at any time in a machine‑readable JSON format.
5.2 Right to Deletion (“Right to Be Forgotten”)
You may permanently delete your account and all associated data. Once deletion is confirmed:
- Your personal data
- Your prayer content
- Your group participation records
…are removed from active production databases.
Important Clarification for Church & Ministry Organizations:
If you contributed prayer requests or comments to a Church & Ministry Organization or Shared List, deleting your personal account may not automatically remove those contributions from the Organization’s historical records. In such cases, your display name will be anonymized.
5.3 Data Retention
We retain your data only while your account is active. Inactive accounts may be archived to preserve system resources but remain available for export or deletion.
6. Children’s Privacy
Semper Oratione is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that a child’s data has been collected, we will delete it promptly.
7. International Data Transfers
If you access Semper Oratione from outside the United States, your data may be processed on servers located in the U.S. We use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. If updates materially affect your rights, we will provide notice through the app or via email.
